- jeff's scenario sounds hauntingly like mine, except that i was not--nor do i
- expect to be--paid for my losses by dirk's family. detective mark winn
- of the palo alto police department called dirk and his family to no avail.

- anyhow, if you were ripped off by dirk, let's unite. i will gladly be the
- focal point to collect all information from all of his victims. send me an
- e-mail message detailing your fraudulant transaction, amount of losses ($
- and/or hardware), whether he returned a shipment that was properly labeled as
- "cashier's check only" (this, with other actual thefts, demonstrates intent),
- where you can be reached (by the police/courts). let's show him that he must
- be--and will be--held accountable for his actions.
